SRP Shade Returns

SRP Shade, a division of Superior Recreational Products, designs and manufactures fabric and tensile shade structures. These shades have wind protection ratings from 93 to 105 MPH depending upon the materials used. Because most of our product offerings are of a custom design (size, shape, height, color, wind rating, etc.), we mention this return policy.

Due to the degree of customization of our shade products, should you wish to return an item, you must first call our Shade Customer Care group at (866) 423.3343 and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) approval. Returned product will not be accepted without this authorization. SRP Shade will not be responsible for any cost incurred for shipping any unauthorized item. Shipping costs will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

All returned items must be in their original packaging, in like new condition, and include any necessary manufacturer and installation guides if originally delivered with the product.
